Youth Demands Results Before Struggle

It's a common complaint received from the seniors weather these are Educational Institutions or Professional grounds that the Youngsters want the Results before Struggle. 

To see the both sides of matter I have been interviewing the youth as well as observing their attitude in the context of complaint.

To my learning there is no doubt in the truthfulness of the blame but on the other handside we need to check the reasons too.

These are the Reasons due to which Results are asked before Struggle

1. Impatience

The level of impatience is very high because it's neither being taught at home not at the educational institutions

2. Motivation for Struggle

The level of motivation for Struggle is a lot lower than Destination

3. Waiting for Miracle

Majority of the youth looks for miracle to happen rather than creating it

4. Consistency

We were not born as grown up which is the best example of consistency. The lack of consistency keeps us at the start up point for too long.

5. Upgradation of Skills

Majority wants to achieve the goal without equipping with the modern age needed skills .

6. Learning from Experiences

It is always great to innovate but learning from others experiences shorten the journey which is missing here.

7. Discipline

Discipline is missing at large because it's missing from our early age training

8. Attitude

Mostly attitude is not which is needed for flourishing during studies & then job or business. The missing factor of balanced attitude costs us a lot.

9. Competition

Competition is very healthy activity but when it's used negativily it badly effect our performance. We need to learn that we are not born for Every Competition

10. Confidence

Many are excellent at subjective side & at the professional grounds but lack of confidence stops the progress & the otherside Over Confidence makes us unacceptable.

 The Research on topic is still in process & would be shared with further learning.

  I personally listened the speech of Moulana Tariq Jamil at PM house to findout the reasons of anger by the media & Feminists. Understanding People Understanding people is a lifelong process where our skill of Recognition improves but sometimes we see it completely failed. Imaan Zainab Mazari is the daughter of well known politician Sheerin Mazari from the governing benches. Her previous videos against Pakistan Army spread a lot of hatreds & criticism where Pakistani Youth responded her through the social media at large. Sitting abroad now she has tweeted another video against the top religious scholar Moulana Tariq Jamil to prove her alliance with the so called anchors who criticised the Scholar according to their sick mindset. In my previous blog I also mentioned going through the speech of Moulana Tariq Jamil at Prime Minister House that there is nothing can be called objectionable by the Scholar.
