Major Problems Faced by Pakistan Youth

When we talk about the problems faced by Pakistan Youth,A long list appears before but here we will discuss the most important ones.

1.
Theory Based Education:

The Education system from grade 1 to University level is designed in such a way where Theory is given the importance only because it's the way to Pass the Exams.

Our youth even they are Doctors,Engineers,
Chemists, Geologists or from any other fields throughout the degree period don't have opportunities to learn on professional grounds so they can have a practical approach of the subject studying.

2.
Life Skills Development:

Majority of the Institutions focus only on the theoretical side of subject with no approach for developing life skills among the students such as Communication Skills, Leadership, Entrepreneurship,Stree management etc.

Due to lacking in these soft skills youngsters suffer for many years to come in the professional life.

3.

Absence of Job Counselling :

At University level there is  job counselling for the students so they can be prepared for professional life before graduating.

4.
Government Planning:

We are keep producing graduates in different subjects while the state has no planning where to engage these energetic souls.

Once the degree completed mostly youth find them in an open ground where there is no way to go & no one to approach.

5.

Pessimistic Industrial Attitude:

The industries are the platforms where youth approaches for proving their professional capabilities but the attitude of theindustrialists is very much pathetic.

The Fresh graduates are taken on such less packages that can't even manage their self routine easily.

Even those who have been working for years are not treated properly in any terms weather it's working place or financial security.

6.

Social Security

There is no proper system of Social Security for the Unemployed Youth which is creating a large number of mentally ill fellows.

This Blog focused on few of the main problems faced by Pakistan Youth. In the next we will try to discuss the possibile solutions.

  I personally listened the speech of Moulana Tariq Jamil at PM house to findout the reasons of anger by the media & Feminists. The speech by the Scholar to my understanding was moderate & brilliant.He spoke in such a humble way that no one can have any issue. 1st about the media what he spoke can't be denied by even CNN & BBC but why Pakistani media is too much annoyed is the point to be noticed. Imaan Zainab Mazari is the daughter of well known politician Sheerin Mazari from the governing benches. Her previous videos against Pakistan Army spread a lot of hatreds & criticism where Pakistani Youth responded her through the social media at large. Sitting abroad now she has tweeted another video against the top religious scholar Moulana Tariq Jamil to prove her alliance with the so called anchors who criticised the Scholar according to their sick mindset. In my previous blog I also mentioned going through the speech of Moulana Tariq Jamil at Prime Minister House that there is nothing can be called objectionable by the Scholar.
